Absolutely. We carry $5M in liability insurance and are fully covered by WCB Alberta. We are also a licensed Prepaid Contractor.

For framing-only contracts, the builder or homeowner usually handles the building permit. However, we can assist with the process and ensure our work passes all inspections.

Our lead times vary by season. Typically, we can start a new project within 2-3 weeks of contract signing.

We are flexible. We can provide a supply-and-install quote (where we buy the lumber) or a labor-only quote if you prefer to purchase the material package yourself.
